Refund policy

Final Bookings

  • All bookings are final. Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Please ensure that your selected dates, times, and vehicle choice are correct before completing your booking.

Vehicle Return

  • Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time.

  • Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time. Late returns will incur a fee of $30 CAD per hour, up to a maximum of the daily rental rate. Additional fees will be charged from the security deposit or payment method on file.

  • Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level. Additional cleaning or fuel charges may apply if the vehicle is returned in poor condition.

No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for early returns, changes in plans, or no-shows.

  • Any deposits collected are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Exceptions

  • Refunds may only be considered in the rare case of vehicle unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be offered an alternative vehicle or a full refund.
